Tube Line Work Trains

We live next to a tube line, Hammersmith & City, where trains passing late at night by out flat keeping us awake, which is not terribly romantic.  Still, it means we get to see work trains that are usually in tunnels when doing their stuff.  Our disturbed sleep being your gain.

Would make a nice vignette on any layout.

  1. Hey! You're back! Delightful.
    How's the modeling coming?

    1. Thank you.

Modelling is stalled. Day job and my writing has become my second job and there's just not enough time in the day to do everything I want to do.

  2. Well, it's nice to know you're back, Ashley (and in good health I hope). :)

  3. Ashley,

good to hear from you again. Are you sure you have your priorities right when you choose not to do CNS&M?:-). In one blog you have a pup dismantled for paint and a motor change, is still in pieces? The reason for me asking I like to duplicated the bracket for the retriever on the hood(one each end)as I have one Pup without those.

  4. I think the expression I'm looking for is, "On your bike!" Actually, that pup is reassembled, but I would admit that it still needs more work doing to finish the project.

Hey, only the other day I dusted some freight-cars. That's modelling right? ;-)

  5. Very pleasantly surprised to see your post, but certainly understand how those real world concerns can cut into the modeling and blogging time. Hope to read and see more from you as time and attention permits.

  6. Cheers for the comments and Seasonal Greetings.
